Should we have a reunion in 2012

Please look at the polls and let me know if you think we could pull off another reunion like the one we had in NJ in 2008 which was a HUGE success

PS- My email address for Ray Handy and Mike Mansfield keeps bouncing. Does anyone have a new one for either of them?

T.J. Yes we should have a reunion. 2012 is the fortyith reunion of the class of 72. So Dayton could be a strong possibility but it is usually the second week of June. Vegas would be good if we could be on a golf resort similar to The Seaview.( I don’t think it is affiliated with Marriott anymore.) If you are looking for gambling there are casinos all over the country. Anywhere you pick is going to be inconvenient for some body. I’m in the middle of the country so it doesn’t matter if I go to Scottsdale, Vegas, L.A., Jersey or even the Caolina’s or Texas. However if you plan it for summerI still like Jersey.

Since I missed the last one with a torn retna I’m all about next year. Jersey shore is always great. Iwas just there this weekend in Long Branch at Jody Avalon’s house, w/Shov, Turf, Z, Spallino, Clifford and McVey. great time. The Campus though would be a reat place to meet.

  3. Higgy says:

A reunion is a great idea. The shore and the seaview were great because we were all together and it felt like one big RHO party…….

  4. Barclay Robert Francis says:

What happens in Vegas …STAYS in Vegas…This place is just looking for and can HANDLE our kind of party…The best eating in the WORLD…We could probably get a party planner and get GROUP rates on EVERYTHING!!! I for one feel that this is a critical decision and would come out of retirement to attend:):):) Lets face it …There is NO other city that could a RHO party like this!!! I say we should go ALL OUT and have at least 100 brothers attend…Lets start a FLOYD fund , if he is still with us< and make sure that any one who can't afford to come , is covered !! I'm in for $1,000 !!! I said hey gang!!! Honoraries and close friends are WELCOME !!!

  5. Patty Broderick Cappelli says:

I loved the last reunion and thought the venue was perfect. As to the best time,….I’d stay away from the July 4th weekend,…but any other time would be great. If we plan early maybe we can get more of the ‘Queens’ there.

  6. Jim witter says:

That’s because Bones can drive to Vegas

  7. Bill Brazee says:

As always TJ, thanks for the great work.

  8. Hauser says:

    TJ,
Its great everybody is on board for another reunion . The best place for us to meet might be the jersey shore because its the most convenience place to get to and get a good turnout. The AC casino offer a lot because there’s the boardwalk, beach and ocean right at our front door. The city is open 24/7 with lots of fine restaurants and plenty of things to do without needind a car. There’s lots of good deals and some may want to plan a family vacation or longer stay if your coming from a distance. There are excellent golf courses minutes away like the ac country club. Everybody loved the last reunion having over 100 rho, rhoettes and friends come in. When ever we get together we always have a good time!!!

Bo says, Very wise people deserve a very wise answer. I must agree with Hauser, more to do, more places to have cocktails, more music and dancing. I think there would be more RHO stories at the end of the night, who dosen’t agree? However I suggest we all do a little more leg work and try to put the heat on others that we all know, to please join us at the reunion. Wherever we have it, we are all in.
